How do I sign in?
Sign in with the email address linked to your Memoara account. A one-time code is sent to your inbox.
Does it cost anything?
Memoara is currently free to use. No payments are collected. If paid subscriptions are introduced, you can review the price and terms before choosing one.
Can I record video?
Yes, up to two minutes per clip. You can also write and record voice. Camera and microphone are used only when you start a recording yourself.
Can I switch device?
Yes, via encrypted sync. Activate sync with a passphrase and unlock it when you open Memoara. On another device, use the same passphrase. With different versions, you choose which content to continue with.
Is this the same as the White Archive?
No. Memoara's wishes archive is a separate part of the service and is not connected to Fonus White Archive. It does not replace wills or other legal documents.
What happens when someone passes away?
Access is not activated automatically after a death. You can open a selected transfer yourself during your lifetime.
Can I export and exit?
Yes. Under My Account there are exports, separate backups, and account closure. Copies already downloaded by you or a recipient must be managed separately.
